In this free online experiential workshop, Lindsey will guide you through subtle yet powerful wrist and finger practices drawn from:

  • Ancient Qigong traditions

  • Kung fu and taiji

  • Traditional physical therapy methods

These movements are designed to strengthen tendons and joints while keeping your energy pathways open, vibrant, and alive.

By practicing techniques such as finger spreads, cloud hands, silk reeling, and elixir Qi opening and closing, you’ll learn how to:
