Given that our society as a whole is moving toward widespread acceptance of the use of cannabis, I think it’s vital that we learn more about how to work with it in a way that truly contributes to growth and healing, as opposed to addiction and distraction.

Becca will also guide us through “See Clearly: Emotion as Intuition,” a transformative practice using breath and hand positions (mudras) to build greater self-awareness and strengthen your intuition.
