The Secrets Behind Creativity - Challenge, Brainstorming, Advice, Brain Hack, Ideas...

The secret to creativeness is to begin with good problems…


Then you need to turn those problems into challenging challenges. After that, dandy ideas will almost fabricate themselves.


Almost every creative thought is a potential answer to a problem. Einstein’s theory of relativity was about working out a discrepancy between electromagnetism and physics. Post-its were about discovering a use for not very sticky glue. Picasso’s cubistic paintings were about working out the problem of mapping cubic space on flat canvases. And so forth and so forth.


Before you even consider generating fresh ideas, you need to turn your trouble into a challenge. Because, if you begin yielding ideas to solve the wrong trouble, you may have dandy ideas, 55 – but they’ll probably be crappy solutions.


Most people, when they have troubles, they straightaway seek solutions, sparing nary a thought for the trouble itself. Creative individuals know better. They begin by examining the problem and turning it into an originative challenge.


The better way to get going on turning your trouble into a challenge is by putting down your problem on a sheet of paper. Now, try and break the trouble down.


Ask yourself: “Why is this a problem?”, “What is inducing this?”, “What is behind this?”, “What additional matters are at stake?” And so forth. Ask “why?” till you are able to no longer answer yourself. Write all of your replies on the sheet of paper. At this stage, the core problem as well as key crucial issues will be manifest. Let’s call this the big problem.

A challenge like “require income” isn’t truly clear and is likely to result in thoughts that are not really clear. Make your challenges clear to everybody.


When you have got your challenge, you’ll discover it outstandingly easy to bring forth ideas that solve it. But before you begin brainstorming, there are a couple of matters you should bear in mind.


Yield ideas first. Nothing more. Only after you’ve finished yielding ideas should you even consider reviewing them and select which one(s) to follow up.


When yielding ideas, whether alone or in a group, disallow any criticism whatever. Furthermore, it’s essential that you make note of every idea regardless how silly, daft or unimaginable it may seem. The dizziest ideas are occasionally the most originative and often highly inspirational.


Don’t quit at the first idea that springs to mind. The first beneficial idea that springs to mind is seldom the most creative – mostly because it’s nearly always the most conspicuous. Better to yield lots of ideas and then decide which thoughts to select.


Thus the mystery to yielding great ideas is to start with a big challenge. Then yield, return, generate ideas.

The Here and Now - Magic of Present Moment

Have you ever wished that you had a time machine and that you may return in time? If yesteryear is stalking you and you can’t stop thinking of past events, individuals from your past and past lovers, you’ll feel sorrow and make yourself miserable. It might be time to let the past die. The past is the past tense and that’s it. You can’t return in time. You are able to only be in the present, in this here and now. So quit torturing yourself with the memories of the past, even great memories may make you feel foul because it’s ended.


Quit reliving the past, quit bringing it up in the here and now. Stay centered on the present and center on living in the here and now. Be present, here and now. Don’t mentally return and rewind the movie of your life. Just let it be, the past is numb; don’t attempt to resurrect it. But you’re still alive- here and now! You’ve the chance to live your life in the present! Why live the past over and over? You’re missing out on what’s occurring in this very minute, right here, right at present!


Begin thinking of your future. You can’t move forward if you see in the rear-view mirror. Have you ever attempted to drive your auto while looking in the rear-view mirror without facing ahead? It’s unimaginable to move forward and you’ll wreck. So, quit thinking of the past and begin anticipating the future. Move ahead with your life by thinking of the things in front, what do you want your future to be like? Make plans, arrange goals, and produce a vision for a shinier tomorrow. Get charged up about the future and the opportunities lying ahead of you.


Then get to work, be more proactive and accomplish everything that you are able to daily to make this vision a truth. Center on the future and keep your sight fresh and alive in your mind- what may be, what may happen, what opportunities exist and so forth.


Lay the past to rest. Your life is in the here and now. Everything what’s happening right now is going to produce your future. So center on the here and now if you want to produce a better tomorrow. The here and now is all we have, the only instant in which we have the might to alter our life. Even the future is a mental projection of the mind but we live forever in the here and now.

Manifestation Magic - Learn This & Your Life Will Change Forever! - (Review)

I’d like you to imagine a garden.


In this garden, the soil is always rich with nutrients and what you plant, it will grow. There is rain and sun so you don’t have to worry about anything.


You can plant anything. There are no restrictions.


You can plant roses or you can plant poison ivy. You can plant tomatoes or you can plant nightshade, a deadly poison. What you put in, as a seed, will eventually grow into something much bigger.


This garden is your mind and the seeds you can plant are your thoughts.


Your mind is a fertile place where the thoughts you plant, will grow and make up for what your life is.


Or as the old passage from the Bible goes, from the book of proverbs, chapter 23, verse 7:


“As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he,”.


Your thoughts, your convictions, manifest the surrounding reality.


Your life, good or bad, is nothing more than a reflection of the thoughts you’ve planted in your mind and nourished. These thoughts became behaviors. Behaviors became results.


You are where you are right now because deep down in your heart, this is where you wanted to be, no matter how sad or unfair this may sound.


This principle is one of the oldest spiritual laws in existence. It’s also one of the best known. You may know it under a different term.


This is “you become what you think about”.


And you can find this in all of world’s religions.


Some variation of this exists in Hinduism, in Christianity and in basically every other major religion. It’s found in all belief systems, as the one used by the Chinese. It’s as much of a universal law as gravity. Long before books existed, wise people understood that our thoughts manifest our reality.


It works on two levels.


First, your beliefs are connected to the universe on a quantum level. We manifest what we really believe.


Let me make this clear though.


You don’t manifest what you think you believe. You manifest what’s in your heart. If you believe you deserve unhappiness and pain, then no matter what you say, this you’ll get.


A great deal of people believe they have positive thoughts when their inner voice is always negative and destructive.


That voice will always win. Maybe this is why LoA fails for so many people – they’re trying to grow trees of prosperity and success while planting seeds of doubt and pain and suffering.


It doesn’t work this way.


You get what’s in your heart. The universe will manifest it. But what’s in your heart is the truth and we may not always know of this truth.


Life doesn’t give you what you intended.


Life gives you what you ask.


And while many people intend for wealth and joy and health, their thoughts are of poverty and sadness and despair. Since this is what they’re planting, this is what the universe is manifesting.


Second, your thoughts lead to beliefs.


Your beliefs lead to actions.


Your actions lead to outcomes.


Your outcomes leads to your destiny.


The thoughts you plant in your mind will determine how you act, on a level that’s so subtle that you can’t even perceive it. Who you are, is the consequence of the thoughts you’ve adopted.


It’s hard to realize this.


It’s on the same level of breathing.


You realize your breath only if you pay attention. You realize your behavior and where it comes from only if you analyze it. But everything you are comes from the thoughts you’ve once planted in your mind and then let them become a part of you.


So when you plant positive thoughts, you get positive results.


When you plant love and happiness, your behavior will reflect love and it will create happiness for yourself and for others.


When you plant thoughts of prosperity and wealth, your behavior will create wealth and prosperity in the world.


Think of this like the captain of an airplane. An airplane is huge, carries hundreds of passengers and weighs tens of tons. Yet, you will find just one or two pilots in the cockpit, controlling this huge machine.


So is with your life.


Even if your behavior is infinitely complex, there are just a few thoughts that control all of it and if you replace those thoughts, everything will change for you too.


The thoughts you plant in it will both manifest reality as in creating reality itself and shape your behavior to create the results you want.


Both are important.


This world is a 50 – 50 place.


The universe can manifest the opportunities you require at this moment but you must act to take advantage. If luck knocks at your door, you still need to open the door.


It’s like in this old joke.


A fisherman is caught up in a storm. His boat is sinking. Desperate, he prays to God.


“God, please save me, I’ll be good, I’ll repent, just save me”


A few minutes later, a boat shows up.


“Hi there, do you need any help?”, the good Samaritan asks him.


“No, no, God will save me”, the fisherman answers.


Perplexed, the savior leaves.


Ten minutes later, the same things happen. Another boat shows up. They offer to help him. The fisherman refuses saying that God will help him.


Eventually, the boat sinks, he dies and goes to heaven. There, face to face with God, he asks …


“God, why did you left me to die? I prayed to you and I promised I’ll repent for my sins”.


God looks at him and says “What are you talking about? I’ve sent you two boats”.


This is a joke, but this is how life works too.


We manifest opportunities but you must take advantage of these opportunities. If you are a real estate agent and you want to close a huge deal, your thoughts will manifest this opportunity. The universe will align the people, places and circumstances for this to happen.


But these people, places and circumstances won’t come to you in your living room. You must still act and do something.


Or maybe you want to find the love of your life.


Thoughts of love and appreciation will manifest your ideal partner but your partner won’t knock at the door and ask you for a date.


The universe is like a tree that offers you the fruits you need, in infinite abundance, but you still must grab those fruits from the tree.


And it all starts with your thoughts, with your beliefs.


Make a commitment now to fill your mind with positive thoughts. Make a commitment to think only thoughts of love and joy and wealth.


At first, it will be hard.


If you’re used to plant only poison in your mind, it will take a while until you take it all out. But once you do, you’ll notice something incredible happening. You’ll see how you’ll walk into the right circumstances. You’ll find yourself in the right places, at the right time, to get what you want.

How to Overcome Laziness & Procrastination to Achieve Your Goals

Before we can get to the “how” of overcoming laziness and procrastination, we must first define each one as they are a little different from each other. Laziness is a state of mind where the individual just doesn’t care. Yes, there are things that s/he could do that need getting done, but the person lacks the focus and desire to accomplish these things.


Procrastination on the other hand is a reluctant behavior to do something. It differs from laziness in that it isn’t that the procrastinator doesn’t care, it is that something is mentally holding him or her back from doing it. It could be fear of failure, criticism, repercussions from suffering a past setback – something in their mind is telling them not to do it … at least for now. The other big difference between the two is that when we procrastinate, we end up feeling guilty about not doing whatever it is that we are avoiding doing. Not doing something do to laziness does not come with the guilt … because they just don’t care!


Now that we know the difference between laziness and procrastination, let’s look at a process to eliminate them. As we saw, they are inherently different, yet the same process can be used to eliminate both of them. It actually consists of four steps.

Step 1 – Identify the reason behind why you don’t want to do something.


Are you bored or are you using either as an avoidance mechanism, If so, why are you avoiding doing it, With laziness you could be bored and choose to spend your time doing something else. You could be avoiding doing something just because you don’t see the value of accomplishing that task.


With procrastination, you are most likely using it as an avoidance mechanism. The difference is you see the value of accomplishing the task at hand, but choose to accomplish it at a later time. You might feel the task is too large to accomplish right now. If that is the case, break it down into smaller and more manageable chunks. Remember the old adage “How do you eat an elephant, One bite at a time!” That is how to approach what seems to be unmanageable projects too. Whatever it is that is preventing you from accomplishing that task now needs to be identified before it can be overcome.


Step 2 – Identify the long-term consequences.


In this step, the procrastinator takes a look at what will happen if the task being delayed doesn’t get done, The lazy person should also look at long-term consequences, but not the result of not doing the task at hand so much as what laziness is doing to them in general. What opportunities are they missing out on in their life because of their laziness,


Step 3 – Set realistic and achievable goals.


With the procrastinator, the goal may be too lofty and because of the fear or failing, the person decides to avoid doing the task. In this case, the goal should be broken down into milestones or smaller goals and when one is achieved, s/he strives to continue with the next one eventually accomplishing the initial lofty goal in the process.


With laziness, it can be caused because the person is not challenged enough to want to do the task, so they just don’t do it. Setting a goal worth achieving in their eyes – something that challenges their talents – can be the catalyst to get them moving and working toward the goal.


Step 4 – Take immediate action.


Once the goal is set, work must start immediately without fail or delay. With either laziness or procrastination, doing something immediately is better than doing nothing. Slow and steady wins the race every time! In either case, once forward motion starts, inertia will tend to carry a person to accomplish more and more. As long as the focus and reward along the way and at the end is great enough to warrant the effort, laziness and procrastination can be overcome. If either laziness or procrastination plague you, use these four steps to help overcome it.
